What parents often ask
Do you help with homework?
Yes. When choosing a format, tell us which school tasks need support. We will suggest the relevant subject, group or individual lessons.
When do lessons take place?
Most lessons take place on weekdays after school, roughly from 3:00–4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We will suggest currently available options when you enquire.
How many children are in a group?
Groups usually have 3–5 children. The exact group depends on the subject, age and current timetable.
Can my child have individual lessons?
Yes. Individual lessons last 60 minutes. Tell us which subject or learning task needs support and we will help choose a format.
How do we choose a subject and schedule?
Start with a free trial lesson. Afterwards, we will choose a subject and time that suit your child and are available in the timetable.
Which formats and payment methods are available?
Payment is by subscription. Depending on the subject and the child's age, a subscription includes 8 to 12 lessons. Payment is available in cash or by transfer to a sole proprietor or company account. We will provide current payment details when you enrol.
How long are lessons and how often do they take place?
Group lessons usually last 45 minutes and take place 2–3 times a week. Individual lessons last 60 minutes.
What happens if my child misses a lesson because of illness?
Illness-related absences are made up. If a child is ill for a week or longer, or misses more than four lessons, the team will discuss moving lessons to the next subscription.
